MIDWINTER DREAM

The collection interprets childhood stories. Most captivate our imagination while some stories frighten us for reasons we don’t understand. I wanted the collection to be like a dance, of spirits in the woods, to a hypnotic music. Wool, cotton, leather and lustrous silk are a canvas on which movements and gestures of these mysterious spirits appear. The link with nature is again accomplished through: 100% natural textiles, undyed woven wool, carefully harvested silk and especially through natural & botanically dyeing, an artisanal process that requires knowledge, patience and a deep connection with the elements.
