The front of the skirt captures a powerful scene, a penguin sitting on an iceberg, watching the motion of another penguin jumping in the water. Every line and stich is manually embroidered, to achieve a natural and high level of detail. The Iceberg shapes, inserted in both the light cinnamon and purple-blue silk, helps define the asymmetrical design and composition.
